Permission to store and use personal data

Within this document “Rotary” refers to : * The list of Rotary Clubs named on the Club page of this website and * Any Rotary member within Rotary Great Britain and Ireland involved in the Source of Life Project.

Rotary would like to hold your personal data collected on the registration form, namely name, email address and postcode.

This information will be used to monitor the numbers walking and the timing and location of their intended walk along the designated Wye Valley Walk.

It is anticipated that most walkers will register through a local Club; however, for all registering the information will be provided to the local clubs to enable the Clubs to advise you on their events specific to the Project and future events, in general.

The data will be held on the designated website and by the designated Wye Valley Clubs. Access will be controlled by the Data Controller for the Project and will be shared only with those members of Rotary organizing the project.

The personal data held will be destroyed by the 31st October 2024 the closing date for the project.

Your written consent is required and this is part of the registration form you are requested to complete.
